1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the "Player" or "User") and kkbd4 (the "Platform", "Operator", "we", "us" or "our"). Access to and use of the kkbd4 platform is conditional upon your full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms. These Terms apply to all areas of the kkbd4 platform, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, account registration, bonuses, payment transactions, and customer support interactions.

By registering on kkbd4, you represent and warrant that: (a) you are at least 21 years of age; (b) you are legally permitted to participate in online gambling in your jurisdiction; (c) all information you provide is accurate and complete; (d) you are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party; and (e) you will use the Platform only for lawful purposes. Players must be 21 years or older. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access the full features of the kkbd4 platform, you must complete the registration process and have your identity verified in accordance with our KYC (Know Your Customer) procedures. When registering, you agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep that information updated. The following conditions apply to all registered accounts:

• Each player may hold only one account. If you lose access to your account, contact kkbd4 support immediately — you must not create a second account under any circumstances.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. kkbd4 will never ask for your password. Notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
• All funds held in your kkbd4 account balance are held in trust for you by the Platform. These funds may only be used for placing bets on eligible games or withdrawn to your verified payment method. Account balances do not accrue interest.
• kkbd4 may impose enhanced verification requirements on your account at any time as part of responsible gaming procedures, fraud prevention, or regulatory compliance, including requesting government-issued identification, proof of address, or source of funds documentation.

Account Closure

You may request to close your kkbd4 account at any time by contacting our support team. Upon closure, any remaining balance (after deduction of applicable pending wagering requirements) will be returned to your verified payment method. Account closure requests may take up to 5 business days to process.

kkbd4 reserves the right to close or suspend any account at any time, without prior notice, where it reasonably suspects fraudulent activity, terms abuse, identity misrepresentation, collusion, bonus abuse, or money laundering. Upon termination for cause, kkbd4 may withhold any account balance pending investigation.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

kkbd4 offers a range of bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion, in addition to the general bonus conditions in this section. By claiming any bonus on kkbd4, you agree to be bound by all applicable bonus terms.

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover) before any associated winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement will be stated clearly in the promotion's specific terms.
• Bonuses are credited in BDT. Unless stated otherwise, bonuses expire 30 days after being credited. Expired bonuses and any associated winnings will be forfeited automatically.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per player. Players who create multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once will have all accounts suspended and all associated winnings forfeited.
• kkbd4 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion, bonus, or special offer at any time without prior notice, including where there is evidence of abuse or technical error.
• kkbd4 reserves the right to refuse or cancel any bonus for any player if it determines, at its sole discretion, that the player is attempting to abuse the bonus system through arbitrage, systematic exploitation, or any method not consistent with genuine recreational play.

Free spins, where offered, are valid only on the specified game(s) and are subject to the spin value, expiry period, and wagering requirements stated in the applicable promotion. Free spin winnings will be credited as bonus funds until all applicable wagering requirements have been met.

7. Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited on the kkbd4 platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances and bonuses, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including fraud, money laundering, or financing of any illegal activity.
• Registering more than one account or assisting any other person in registering a duplicate account for the purpose of claiming multiple bonuses or circumventing account restrictions.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, exploit promotions, or gain any unfair advantage over the Platform or other users.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, crawlers, or any non-human means to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit bonus mechanics.
• Engaging in chargebacks, payment disputes, or reversal requests on deposits made to kkbd4. Any such action will result in immediate account suspension and the disputed amount being deducted from any remaining balance.
• Attempting to probe, test, or compromise the security of the Platform's systems, or attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from any part of the Platform.

kkbd4 actively monitors account behaviour for indicators of prohibited conduct. Detection is not a prerequisite for enforcement — kkbd4 may act on reasonable suspicion. All enforcement decisions are final and binding, subject only to any mandatory rights you may have under applicable local law.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, kkbd4 and its officers, directors, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of enjoyment, arising from or relating to your use of the Platform. Without limiting the foregoing, kkbd4 specifically excludes all liability in respect of:

• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of the Platform's services, including maintenance downtime, technical failures, or force majeure events such as natural disasters, civil unrest, or telecommunications failures.
• Any loss arising from your reliance on information, content, or advice provided on or through the Platform, including odds information, game rules summaries, or promotional communications.
• Any unauthorised access to or alteration of your account or transmissions by a third party, provided that kkbd4 has taken reasonable security measures consistent with industry standards.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit kkbd4's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. Where applicable law does not allow for the exclusion of certain warranties or the limitation of certain liabilities, such exclusions and limitations will apply to the fullest extent permitted by law.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

It is your responsibility to ensure that your use of the Platform complies with all laws applicable in your country or territory of residence.

In the event of any dispute relating to your kkbd4 account, any transaction, or the application of these Terms, you should first contact kkbd4 customer support to seek resolution. kkbd4 is committed to resolving all reasonable disputes fairly and promptly. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal support process, kkbd4 may refer the matter to an independent mediator at its discretion. All decisions made through kkbd4's formal dispute resolution process are final and binding, subject only to any mandatory rights you may have under applicable local law.
